TSYS® has affiliations with some of the world's most successful providers of technology and financial services. Following is a summary of those relationships, with a brief description of how each company contributes to our continual efforts to bring integrity and innovation to the world of electronic payments.  

IBM

TSYS® partners with IBM for both hardware and software solutions. IBM provides the mainframes that are used in our data centers.

  • IBM ranks TSYS' data centers among the top 50 in the world, the top 25 in the United States, the top 10 in the Southeast and the second-largest in Georgia (ranked by millions of instructions per second).
  • TSYS IBM mainframes store 60 terabytes of data (or 60 trillion bytes) - six times the size of the Library of Congress.
  • Total processing capacity: 14.5 billion instructions per second
  • Total transaction volume in 2000: 5.6 billion  

Also, TSYS uses IBM's MQ Series messaging in our data streaming processes. Our partnership with IBM is constantly growing and changing.

Experian

TSYS® partners with Experian® to offer advanced card portfolio management tools. Through its global line of business, which supports clients in more than 60 countries, Experian Decision Analytics' solutions deliver billions of customer–focused decisions annually, enabling connectivity to more than 70 credit reference databases worldwide. Experian Decision Analytics' sophisticated Strategy Management software, Probe SM, is implemented into TSYS' TS2® processing system, delivering comprehensive behavioral management to ensure that appropriate strategies are available at every key customer touch point.  

Experian Decision Analytics combines its sophisticated and intelligent decision–making software with some of the world's most comprehensive databases of information on consumers, businesses, vehicles and property. Through multi-channel delivery of its Web–based products and services, Experian enables its clients to conduct secure and profitable e–business and develop state–of–the–art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for communicating and building relationships with customers.

ALI Solutions partners with TSYS to provide clients with integrated solutions that leverage TSYS®' advanced processing platforms and ALI Solutions' innovative scoring and decision software. Since 1992, companies around the world have gained exceptional results by using ALI Solutions' innovative predictive-analytic solutions to drive more intelligent, efficient and results-focused financial transactions with their customers.

Telrock

TSYS® partners with Telrock to enable cardholders to manage their account via mobile SMS messaging.  

The Telrock mobile banking platform provides the necessary tools to migrate your customers onto self-serviced account management through SMS messaging. Via text messaging, your customers can make payments to their credit card, reload prepaid cards, request account information, receive fraud alerts and fully manage their accounts via their phone's mobile Internet facility.
