Credit CareSM

Perfect for small business or commercial card programs that require statements, payments, alerts, and real-time account management and presentment of marketing campaigns to allow companies the ability to maximize their communications with the users and strengthen their brand.

Credit Care commercial functionality includes:

  • Electronic Statements Module provides online access to official statements in PDF electronic file format through a secure connection.
  • Account Payment Module integrates with QuickRemitSM and allows users to add, maintain and/or delete payment accounts, and make payments online with payment amount choices of minimum amount, total current balance or other amount.
  • Account Maintenance Module allows users to change contact information, request credit limit increase, balance transfer and other requests.
  • Viewing Transactions Module provides the ability to view authorizations, and current and past transactions with details. Users can download past statement cycle transactions for use with financial management software.
  • Alerts Management Module allows user to set up alerts that can be sent to e-mail addresses or cell phone for events such as days until payment due date, total balance exceeds amount, and current statement cycle date ended.
  • Campaign Manager Module allows client administrators to manage ad campaigns within their sites. Ad campaigns can include graphic images and full HTML content and can be targeted to the brand and role levels with control of effective dates and active/inactive flags.
  • Manager Users Module allows one or more client administrator profiles to facilitate site and user management such as search for Credit Care users; add, delete, lock/unlock, deactivate users; emulate users to enable improved customer site support; and download user details (csv, tsv formats)
  • Other modules include: Update Profile, Message Manager, Program Manager, Manage Correspondence, Statement Document Manager, and Bounce-back E-mail Manager

CentreSuite®

Whether your users require instant access to accounts, expenses, statements or reports, CentreSuite provides high levels of self-service, reporting and convenience. CentreSuite is a dynamic, Web-based platform that provides companies with the insight, access and control needed to better facilitate and manage organizational spending for purchasing and travel programs. In addition, users can perform real-time reporting and transactions management online, enabling greater access to current and historical expense data.

If your organization has multiple card programs (e.g. Purchase Card, Travel & Entertainment Card and/or One Card) or a one-card solution, you can manage account, transaction and expense data as well as run reports for all cards – in all programs – from a single solution with CentreSuite.

CentreSuite functionality includes:

  • The Statement Management Module provides your accountholders, managers and administrators with online access to credit card statement information through a secure connection. In addition to providing official statements in PDF format, the Statement Management Module features a real-time connection to current account information including available balances, credit limits and authorization approvals and declines.
  • Real-Time Management Services (RTMS) allows a program administrator to facilitate all of those requests through an online application, increasing the client’s self-service capability of reducing the bank’s required support of the commercial card program. RTMS Account Management allows program administrators to set up, monitor, track and change critical account information at their convenience-all in real time.
  • The Account Management Module enables your administrators to access and update a wide range of account information including account holder addresses, spending limits, and merchant spending rules. From adding new accounts to instantly increasing credit limit to maintaining existing accounts, you can access key information at any point in the process.
  • Payment Management Services provides an online NACHA-compliant, real-time payment solution that allows users to conveniently and easily initiate an electronic payment, even while traveling, for their corporate card account. Supporting central and individual bill payments, Payment Management Services allows your organization to increase the speed of the payment cycle, eliminate costs associated with processing and issuing manual payments.
  • Report Management Module provides the appropriate people in your organization with online access to expense data – through a variety of formats. Account holders, managers and administrators can be granted access to numerous reports including standard and processor-generated, as well as database queries, file exports and links to third-party reporting applications.
  • Expense Management Module offers broad-based functionality by leveraging advanced capabilities for queries, workflows, reports and exports. The Expense Management module supports key business functions needed for effective expense management with an emphasis on accounting code allocation, expense review and approval, and spend analysis.
