Consumer Card Self-Service

Our consumer-card solutions allow a wide range of end users – from individual account holders to credit issuers – to manage their accounts online.
Our consumer-card self-service solutions include:
- Credit CareSM Consumer allows credit issuers and personal account holders to self-service accounts online in real-time. It also integrates with Real Time Credit Application (Instant App) by allowing credit application submissions with response to the user usually within seconds.
Credit Care Consumer functionality includes:
- Account View Module provides the ability to view authorizations, view current and past transactions and transaction details. Users can download past statement cycle transactions for use with financial management software.
- Update Profile Module allows user can change e-mail address, security question/answer and/or password.
- Alerts Management Module allows user to set up alerts that can be sent to e-mail addresses or cell phone for events such as "N" days until payment due date, total balance exceeds "$xx," and current statement cycle date ended.
- Pay Online – Account Pay Module integrates with QuickRemitSM and allows users to add, maintain and/or delete payment accounts and make Payments online with payment amount choices of minimum amount, total current balance, or other amount.
- Manage Payments Module allows client administrator to search, download payments (csv or .tsv), or review payments.
- Electronic Statements Module provides online access to official statements in PDF electronic file format through a secure connection.
- Statement Document Manager Module allows Client Administrator to upload disclosures and/or inserts to be presented for electronic statements
- User Manager Module allows one or more Client administrator profiles to facilitate site and user management such as search for Credit Care users; add, delete, lock/unlock, deactivate users; emulate users to enable improved customer site support; and download user details (csv, tsv formats)
- E-mail Delivery Failure/Bounce-back Manager Module provides client administrators with the ability to manage failed emails at the site level such as search, download, and view bounce-back details and emails. Also includes ability to update user’s e-mail address.
- Service Requests and Account Maintenance Module allows authorized client administrators to search maintenance requests, review requests and approve, decline or complete requests sent by user via account maintenance.
- Campaign Manager Module allows client administrators to manage marketing ad campaigns within their sites. Ad campaigns can include graphic images and full HTML content and can be targeted to the brand and role levels with control of effective dates and active/inactive flags.
- Web Site Usage Analytics allows client administrators to view and save key metrics reports related to site usage.
