After we help you configure the system to mirror the way your organization is structured, reporting is then available at different levels based on the hierarchy and structure you define on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis. Portfolio reports can also include both monetary and non-monetary data. You can then use this data for trending, modeling or reporting profitability to management. If your assets are being secured by a trust company or other entity, our tools enable you to segregate those customers. You can select, identify and report on the securitized accounts.

Additionally, accounts can be segregated from a general ledger perspective within our system. Our general ledgers are designed to provide entries to external general ledger systems, eliminating the need for the majority of manual general ledger entries. Totals can be built based on various stages of transaction processing, association settlement reporting and system events. The entries are client-defined and can be generated using your policies and hierarchical elements.
