In 2008, TSYS acquired Infonox, building on its merchant acquiring processing solution with a suite of connectivity interfaces to multiple payment devices and new channels of service delivery such as mobile phones, ATMs and bill-pay kiosks. TSYS also added to its 100+ India-based team members in Mumbai and New Dehli with members from Infonox’s office in Pune.

In 2009, TSYS expanded its global acquirer-processing footprint into India by   teaming up with an India-based leading technology provider to provide one of India’s largest public sector banks with an end-to end acquirer-processing solution.
