Company Unveils New Corporate Look and Three-Year Strategic Growth Plan
Columbus, Ga., March 9, 2001 - The Total System Services, Inc.® (TSYS®) 2000 Annual Report to shareholders is now available online in both HTML and PDF formats at its corporate Web site http://annualreport.tsys.com. In addition, the print version is also available by contacting the Company’s Investor Relations Department.
The TSYS Annual Report, themed "How We Get There," features the Company's new look, complete with a new tagline, position and vision. In addition, although its legal name will remain Total System Services, Inc., the Company will now be known as TSYS (tee-sis). TSYS began its re-branding effort in late 2000, and its new look reflects the Company’s fresh and energetic approach to payments processing as the action behind the transaction.
The report also features high-profile clients like Sears, Nordstrom, Bank One and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc to illustrate the Company's three-year strategic plan known as VisionWorks which focuses on four initiatives: grow core business, drive international expansion, expand portfolio management services and capitalize on e-business opportunities.
