Columbus, Ga., July 3, 2002 - TSYS plans to release its second quarter earnings on July 16, 2002. The earnings release will be available on the TSYS home page, www.tsys.com, at 4:00 p.m. EDT. 

TSYS executive management will host a conference call to discuss these results, business trends and future projections at 4:30 p.m. EDT on the same day.
