TSYS Announces Executive Promotions in June 2005

Columbus, GA, June 27, 2005 - TSYS has promoted three team members to senior management. Olin M. Wise, Rex C. "Carlton" Wilkinson and Billy J. Kilgore II have been promoted to group executive, effective June 1.

"It's a pleasure to recognize the accomplishments of these three individuals, who have each consistently excelled in serving their clients in distinguished careers at TSYS," says Philip W. Tomlinson, chief executive officer of TSYS. "Each is a great leader who represents the depth of talent, expertise and experience of the TSYS team. Olin M. Wise, group executive for E-Business Services. Wise is a 17-year veteran of TSYS, serving as senior director of hosting operations and application development for E-Business Services since 2002. Previously, Wise has served as chief operating officer for DotsConnect, an e-commerce spin-off of TSYS; a vice president of internal and external client-server application development; and vice president for system analysis and support, charged with client service and defining clients' development requirements. Wise earned a bachelor's degree in computer information management from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga.

Billy J. Kilgore II, group executive for Implementation Services. Kilgore is a 10-year veteran of TSYS. He has served as a senior director in Implementation Services since 2001, coordinating conversion campaigns for international and domestic clients, most recently including J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Previously, Kilgore has served as a director focused on conversions for international clients, an associate director and project manager, and business analyst in implementation services. Kilgore earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Columbus State University in Columbus, Ga.

Rex C. "Carlton" Wilkinson, group executive for Financial Control Services. Wilkinson is a 22-year veteran of TSYS, and he was a member of the original team that designed and launched the TS2 payments engine. He joined the accounting interchange group in 1999, where he was later promoted to senior director. Wilkinson attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., and Columbus Technical Institute in Columbus, Ga.
