TSYS Acquiring Solutions Appoints New Sales Executive
Columbus, Ga., July 15, 2010 — TSYS announced today that Tim Munto, with more than two decades of experience in the payments industry, has joined TSYS Acquiring Solutions as Group Executive, Sales and Client Relations.
In his new role, Munto will report to Mark Pyke, president of TSYS Acquiring Solutions.
“Tim has an impressive resume with extensive experience in the retail payment and retail banking environments,” said Pyke. “Having worked with Tim over the years, I’m confident his track record as a proven leader in the development and execution of sales and relationship management strategies will help us sharpen our focus specifically in the areas of growing market share of our third party processing business and expanding existing products into new markets.”
Prior to joining TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Munto served as Bank of America Merchant Services’ Sales Executive. Before that, he had extensive sales experience in the financial services industry with National Processing Company (NPC), eFunds Corporation and Bank One.
Munto holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University and master’s in business administration from the University of Dayton.
