The Service
We provide back-office services for a variety of card programs, including commercial and consumer credit, retail, prepaid, debit and telecommunications. Services range from application entry, VIP and executive complaint responses, and correspondence processing, including payment research, balance transfers, credit balance refunds, account maintenance, account research, Consumer Dispute Verification and Universal Data Forms. We also handle off-phone functions such as imaging, copy retrieval requests, returned-mail processing, mail forwarding, card destruction, commercial storage, and client and customer e-mail responses.
The Value
TSYS' Back-office Services has a low employee turnover rate. Team members are cross-trained for optimum output and consistently deliver high-quality work. We continuously research and look for ways to enhance or streamline processes for our clients, in order to provide faster, cheaper and better service.
All incoming work is triaged in a secured area, date-stamped with the received date, and sorted and batched by client and work type. All work is tracked for reporting, productivity, and billing purposes and to ensure all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Work is processed using ISO-approved procedures based on the client’s options and policy.
