TSYS AnalyticsSM is an integrated relational database that works natively as a business intelligence engine, built to capture and store account-level financial and behavioral data. Integration across internal TSYS systems has proven to help clients improve performance with the development and execution of product strategies, risk management, loyalty marketing initiatives and with automated customer communications. These systems have paved the way for TSYS to support a powerful method of driving automated communications leveraging our integrated decisioning tool — TSYS Campaign TrackerSM. Targeted communications can be executed, tracked and managed based on specific events, or triggers against key segments based on pre-defined parameters and business rules. 

Integration of data is not limited to TSYS processing, but may include external data sources such as client internal data, geographic/demographic attributes, and other information from third-party providers. Additionally, with our Web-based query portal (TAWebSM), clients can interface via multi-level security with data and information in TSYS Analytics to performance functions such as ad-hoc queries, access managed reports, and perform analytics through Online Analytical Processing (OLAP).
